# Directory Update Log

## 2026-07-27

- **Discovery**: Published self-contained agent access guidance, an MCP Server Card, and an Agent Skills Discovery v0.2 index with a SHA-256-pinned WebsiteIQ audit skill.
- **Discovery**: Added the stable `/api/paid-audits` x402 adapter alongside quote-specific paid resources so agent catalogs can advertise one durable paid-audit URL.
- **Publication**: Registered the live Streamable HTTP server as active official MCP Registry version `io.github.OsbornVentures/websiteiq@1.4.0`.
- **Update**: Migrated the bundle to OKF v0.2 with conforming reserved files, Markdown concepts, provenance, generation, verification, lifecycle, and freshness metadata.
- **Update**: Added a first-class [WebsiteIQ service concept](entity.md) and offer directory index for progressive disclosure.
- Activated x402 v2 USDC settlement on Base for paid API and MCP audits; the normal website remains a free sample and quote interface with no paid checkout.
- Verified the complete HTTP and MCP payment flows on Base Sepolia, including exact-request replay, payment identifiers, settlement evidence, and report retrieval.
- Added a D1 payment/job ledger, replay-safe job creation, exact quoted-URL scope preservation, 32-page Queue batches, three delivery attempts, and a dead-letter Queue.
- Kept robots.txt enforcement in quote discovery and every audit batch; bounded paid scope to 750 pages.
- Recorded the Cloudflare Workers Paid $5 monthly minimum, variable-cost controls, production kill switch, and Workers Free rollback procedure.

## 2026-07-25

- Removed email and contact-consent requirements from free browser, API, and MCP audit intake.
- Added free-tier abuse controls that cross-reference pseudonymous requester-IP, target-website, and requester-target-pair counters.
- Limited the free sample to one audit per requester IP and per target website each day; human responses give a concise reason and API/MCP responses add a sitemap-priced x402 continuation preview.
- Published deterministic pre-crawl quotes: $0.01 standard and $0.02 white-label through 10 pages, then $0.001 or $0.002 per additional page.
- Added required agency identity plus optional CTA and marketing inputs for future settled white-label reports while preserving WebsiteIQ attribution and methodology.
- Added fallback and namespace-aware sitemap discovery for WordPress and Yoast-style sitemap indexes.
- Kept x402 settlement and paid/queued execution disabled pending production controls.

## 2026-07-20

- Published methodology 1.2, strict llms.txt validation, RFC well-known checks, and the bounded sitemap scope estimator.
- Withdrew the draft paid formula before settlement launch. A new API/MCP cost structure will be published only when production x402 is live; the normal website will not expose paid checkout.
- Made valid requester email and explicit audit-processing consent mandatory across browser, API, OpenAPI, and MCP intake.
- Kept x402 settlement and queued batch execution explicitly disabled pending the production activation checklist.
- Published methodology 1.1 and WebsiteIQBot policy.
- Added guarded Streamable HTTP MCP tools.
- Documented unlisted token-bearing reports retained until deletion is requested.
- Added locality evidence and filibuster-review heuristics.
- Added channel-aware beta limits and structured MCP output guidance.
